The Group’s industrial scaling-up is based mainly on a solid manufacturing infrastructure, where production capacities are dimensioned to change scale to keep pace with markets, and which has received significant investment in 2022.

The Group has increased its production capacity in response to the massification of hydrogen markets. Our flexible and modular production plant is spread over four engineering, design and assembly sites located in France, Italy and Germany.
The significant development of McPhy’s production facilities enables it to meet the growing market needs, while optimizing the cost competitiveness of low-carbon hydrogen.

The Belfort site is the first electrolyser Gigafactory* in France, with a production capacity of 1 GW per year. Our new site, completed in 16 months, will produce next-generation electrolyzers. It’s a 22,000 m² plant, modern, innovative and responsible, capable of meeting today’s technological challenges and growing demand.
